These are case studies from projects in progress. Each one is a single page for a single job, updated with a dated entry every time something happens: a survey, a decision, a problem on site, a delivery, the install. We write down what we found, what we decided and why, including when the answer was to change the plan. When the job finishes the page stays as the record of how it went. 5101 Beach 51st Street, Sea Gate — from a daylight opening to a screen that fits
A custom FlexScreen mosquito screen for an awning window. The daylight measures 27⅝″ × 11½″; the screen is ordered at 29⅛″ × 13″. The entry explains the 1½″ and why it is the whole job.
