5-13 47th Road, Long Island City — one of several new brick buildings in Hunters Point built to one design, where we fabricated and installed the full window package on Cortizo profile: divided-lite tilt-and-turn windows to every floor, tall narrow units on the side elevation, a full-height glazed main entrance wrapping the corner at street level, and the exterior balcony railings in ½″ tempered glass with an aluminum base shoe and top rail.
