Our office is at 7 Beach Street, Staten Island, NY 10304. We are a glass and glazing contractor, and supplying windows is a large part of what we do: we take your opening sizes or drawings, work out the right window for each opening, order it made to size, and deliver it. You can buy the windows alone and have your own crew install them, or have us install them.

We are open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturday, 9 am to 2 pm.

Windows We Supply

We are not tied to one material or one factory, so the recommendation follows the building:

• Aluminum windows, thermally broken, for large openings, slim frames, new construction and commercial work. Systems we work with include Alutech, Reynaers, Cortizo and Everest.
• Crystal windows. Crystal is the manufacturer; we are a dealer for their windows.
• uPVC windows, for good thermal performance at a lower cost.
• Wood and clad-wood windows, where the house or a landmark rule calls for them.

In each material we supply the usual operating types: double-hung, casement, awning, hopper, tilt-and-turn, sliding and fixed, plus shaped and arched windows. Glass is specified with the window: double or triple insulated units, low-E coatings, laminated glass for sound or security, and insect screens where wanted.

Supply Only, or Supply and Install

Supply only. You send the sizes; we confirm the configuration of each window with you, order the windows made to those sizes and deliver them for your crew to install. More on material supply.

Supply and install. We measure the openings ourselves, supply the windows and install them, including anchoring, insulation and sealing of the opening. More on window replacement and installation.

On a supply-only order the sizes are yours, so measure carefully or ask us to measure. A made-to-size window cannot be returned to stock.

How to Order

• Send us the list. Opening sizes (width by height), how many of each, and how each should open. Drawings or a window schedule if you have them. Photographs help on replacement jobs.
• Tell us about the building. House, apartment building or commercial; new opening or replacement; brick, block or wood frame.
• We recommend and price. You receive a quote with the material, system, glass and color for each window.
• Approve the sizes. You confirm the final list before anything is ordered.
• Manufacture and delivery. The windows are made to order and delivered to the site. We give you the lead time with the quote, because it depends on the product.
