Builders and developers who search for a window supplier or an aluminum window manufacturer in Jersey City or Paterson are usually after one of two things: a source for slim European-style aluminum that the big-box dealers and the vinyl distributors do not carry, or a fabricator who will make the windows to the drawings and stand behind the installation. Yes. For general contractors we supply to the window schedule: take-off, shop drawings, fabrication and delivery, with installation by your crew or ours.
It depends on the system, the size and number of openings, the glass and the color. A factory-direct thermally broken aluminum window costs less than a Reynaers or Cortizo unit of the same size; a uPVC window costs less again. We quote per opening from the plans, and the quote is free.
Three to twelve weeks by line: uPVC and vinyl are the fastest, fabricated aluminum in the middle, imported European systems the longest. Order from approved shop drawings, not from the rough opening, and plan it with the framing schedule.
Yes. Every opening is drawn for approval before anything is made, from the architect’s set or our survey, and the factory builds to the approved drawings.
