The systems we fabricate and supply: Reynaers and Cortizo (Belgian and Spanish, the slimmest sightlines), Alutech and Alumil (European systems fabricated at our shop), Everest (a New York aluminum line we fabricate ourselves), Crystal (American double-hung, sliders and shapes), and Kawneer-equivalent storefront. For general contractors we supply to the window schedule: shop drawings from the architect’s set, fabrication, delivery to site, and installation by our crews or by the GC’s with our shop drawings and a site start. For homeowners and small builders we survey, quote, fabricate and install. Either way the windows come from a fabricator who is also the installer, which removes the argument about whose problem a leak is.
Slim frames and large glass, in black or any RAL colour, with the polyamide thermal break that separates outside metal from inside metal so the frame does not sweat in January. Tilt-and-turn operation, which most European systems use, gives a fully opening sash for cleaning and a secure tilt for ventilation. European profile systems arrive as extrusions and are fabricated at our shop on Staten Island, thirty minutes from Jersey City and an hour from most of Monmouth County. Typical lead time is six to ten weeks from approved shop drawings; storefront and Everest are faster. We deliver on our own truck and stage on site by floor or elevation.
